My mom is 38yrs. old. She's been perming her hair for near 20yrs. now her hair looks all frizzy and she wants a new look. I think she should dye her a light to medium brown ( she's got her natural yellowish blond hair color right now.) what do you think? and if you think yes then what color would you suggest for her?

I think she should give it a try and dye her hair.I think she should get her hair dyed by a professional.Since she is blonde i think a light brown with some blonde flashes would suit her perfect

What your mom should REALLY do is give her hair a chance to heal! Over processing will cause the hair to become weak and snap off. That's why her hair looks all frizzy. Have her use some leave-in conditioner and get the ends trimmed regularly. Report It
