ok so im going out tomorrow and I need a quick way to get my hair really wavy kinda like Ahlye Tisdale ahs her hair.. I dont have alot of time in the morning to spen on my hair so maybe somethin really easy and quick also I have medium blond hair with bangs and fring.. my shortest layer goes to my ears.. thx alot!

here's a quick 10-15 min hair style.
Run your hair with some create and control mousse to hold your curls/waves.
Curls your hair. Sectioning makes it easier and more organized. Don't be hesitant to spend a little more time on your hair.
You'll have these crazy spiral curls but we'll fix them.
Once you've finished curling all your hair. Shake it out. Not too much. Just a little bit so you get that tousled hair look.
Spray on some hairspray and you're all set. Make sure you finger through your curls/waves before you hairspray it.

Put your hair in a french braid the night before, sleep with it in, and take them out in the morning and don't brush it, instead add shine spray or something that makes your hair look shiny. .

A little bit of hold gel and some scrunching will do the trick. Just watch out that it isn't the kind that makes your hair crispy.

Well apart from by machine like a curler that waves your hair the only suggestion I have is to plait it into lots of plaits/braids (mini like Bali style) and when you undo them your hair will be wavy, maybe too wavy though :S

you can try putting a little mouse on your hair before you braid, just dont put too much.
and maybe sleep in it .
also you can just loosly curl your hair
and break the curls. (play with it, comb through with fingers)
