dyeing it black when u have brown hair is a lot better than bleaching your hair, black will fade by itself, and bleach never comes out. im suffering from the bleach damage currently and am willing to even cut it short to give it a fresh start. in the long run, bleaching SUCKS

No offense meant, but why do you want to change the color of your hair? God made you this way, so why change it? If this is an emergency situation, then it depends on your skin tone. Most skin tones suit black hair better than blonde, but if you are on of those people who have a really (I mean superly so) pale conplextion, in that case blond might look better. But remember, blond hair needs a ton a accents to make it look interesting, so you better have a plethora of interesting hairstyles and make-up to go with it.

Leave it natural. Once you start dyeing it's a pain to keep up or grow out when you get sick of it.

Depends on how brown it is. Are you a light brown (closer to blonde) or dark brown (closer to black) Unless you have already light brown hair and a fair complexion or you were born blonde, I wouldn't recommend blonde. It just doesn't look good on most people. If you look anything like you're avatar, I don't recommend it at all. Black is pretty intense too, but I think it would probably be a better choice than blonde if you're naturally more deeper complexioned and dark haired.
