a purpley-pink colour eye shadow would look great on you. its fashionable at the moment and it should bring the colour out in your eyes.
also gold colours would look fab!
dont wear black eyeliner/mascara as this can make your eyes look grey.

To make your eye colour really stand out try a complementary colour. I have your colouring too and mostly use brown and mossy green. I use dark grey when I want a smouldering sexy look. Black eyeliner and mascara can look a bit harsh on fair skin unless you like Avril Lavignes's look.
Yellow and orange are not great colour for eyeshadow IMHO.

The hair magazines are best as you can go to the section for your colour and see what colours the models are wearing. Then you can experiment and see what suits you best!

for an everyday colour try using light brown and a gold, bourjois have fantastic colours. experiment with your colours and you'll know what look good

Since your eyes aren't a solid blue, there are always flecks of other colors in there...take a good look in the mirror and see what colors there are. Then find a natural tone of eyecolor that will pick up those flecks and enhance them. The whole idea of makeup is to look natural. If you have a good complexion try to avoid it altogether. Although I don't consider mascara to be makeup...never go out without it!

Borjois do a really good one, but if you want one that is not as expensive Collection 2000 do a really good one too, I think it's only about 鎷?.
