I have been using sun in for my brown hair trying to get it blond. most of it is blondish but some of it is red or brown or hardly blond. So what is the best way to get my hair totally blond and the cheapest way.

Sun in and lemon juice and all of that stuff is actually a lot worse for your hair than dying it. It can also be pretty expensive after a while. You're best off buying the hair dye and having a trusted friend do it. Beware though a dye you buy in a box can only lighten your hair 2 shades at a time so it could still take a couple times of dying it to get it to the desired color.
