ok so i dyed my hair like 2 weeks ago....i brought in pics, and explained to her what i wanted and nope...she didnt do it like i wanted it....i mean its not bad but its just not what i wanted..i look like a zebra...bc of the highlights...i wanted them NOT to be blonde and thats what she did....well ANYWAYS...
my question is if i use one of those wash off colors like the color pulse...will it dye the blond highlights completely and then once you wash ur hair they will come back? or will it do what? i just dont like it!!! or if its none ofthose...what will it do?!?! and what can i do?!

If it washes out the color might have went away a little bit..but go to another salon and tell a different lady that someone amde you look weird and that's noty how you wanted your highlights and maybe they can blend it in for you
