If one wants to dye dark brown hair to blond as up about to Lindsy Lohan's current hair tone,, at the same time remain healthy and shiny

Use Born Blonde hair lightener. Then tp get the color ,use the Born Blonde toner(haircolor) Make sure to condition it afterwards %26amp; keep a really good eye on the bleach. It will take quite a while for it to take. Leave the eyebrow tinting to the pros. If you get them arched ,you probally won't have to do anything else to them. All haircolor of any kind is harmful to the eyes.

Also ,have you considered maybe doing some light highlights?There are severl kits at the store to choose from. And it would be way better on the hair%26amp; take a lot less time to do.

Your best bet would be to go to the salon!

1. Look in a phonebook and find a popular, good, affordable salon in your area.

2. Call that salon and schedule an appointment.

3. Print off a color picture of Lindsey Lohan with blonde hair.

4. Bring the picture to the appointment, and also say that you want your eyebrows lightened so your hair looks natural.

They will do the rest. They're professionals and know what they are doing. It's worth the money, and is only like $45, but it depends on the salon you go to.

Eyebrowing tinting isn't harmful to the eyes.

If you don't want to go to a salon then go to Wal-Mart and pick out the color you want and follow the directions. It's extremely simple. Color Match and L'oreal are good products.
