How can I make my hair blonder without damaging it too much?

I have dirty blonde hair and I would like to make it blonder. If I use lemon juice, would it make it dry and not soft any more? The top of my head is brown but the bottom is really blonde so if I did anything would it make the brown hair orange? If I use Sun-In once a month, would it bleach it out too much? Sorry I'm asking so many questions. I'm just not allowed to die it except for a few highlights and that's it. Thanks!

You should use SunSilk hair brighteners. Never used it myself, but the blonds and the brunettes are at war, and you need to show all the brunettes out there that blonds don't need to wear shorter skirts!

I love those commercials!

Hoped that helped.

with those diff. colors you should really have that done proffessionally to get a good result. I can't give you anything better than that.

Sun In and lemon juice are not good for your hair! Also, home color products can mix with stuff already on your hair and not give you the results you want. I ALWAYS suggest that you professionally have your hair high-lighted. If that is not allowed or too expensive, you could try one of the box high light kits. Be careful using HOME kits though. If you hair is already bleached quite a bit on the bottom, just apply to the roots. Also, watch mixing ASH color tones with non-ASH color tones or you will turn green. A trim would help relieve some of the damaged ends as well.

I would recomend using a shampoo for blonde hair and blonde glaze. I wouldnt dye your hair anyway because once you start doing it its hard to stop without your hair looking funny and it recking your hair. Lemon juice usually gives it a yellow/orange color rather than a natural color.Sun-in shouldnt hurt it too much you could use that also.
